To reach the beach, visitors must park their vehicles in a designated parking area near the road leading to the cove and complete the final stretch on foot. A fee of 12 Euros is charged for parking, which operates from 9 am to 9 pm. Alternatively, visitors can avail of a free bus service from the city that drops them directly at the beach.
Despite its secluded location, Cala del Moraig offers a range of amenities for the convenience of the visitors. These include access for disabled individuals, which is facilitated by wooden walkways and amphibious chairs for bathing. Lifeguard services, maritime surveillance, and a nursing service are also available to ensure the safety of the beachgoers. The beach is cleaned daily to maintain its pristine condition. Restroom facilities are available, but visitors are advised to bring their own supplies, such as water and umbrellas, as there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Cala del Moraig has been recognized with the Blue Flag certification, reflecting its commitment to quality and environmental standards. The beach is also a popular spot for naturists, with a designated nudist area located on the far left of the cove. A viewpoint overlooking the beach offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
The beach tends to get crowded, particularly around midday, with families making up the majority of the visitors. Despite its pebbly terrain, the beach is still accessible to those who are accustomed to this type of beach. Visitors can also explore the beach's caves either by kayak or on foot, although caution is advised due to slippery stones.
