Parking is available at a cost. Despite its natural beauty and amenities, the beach has been criticized for its cleanliness. Visitors have reported litter and debris, including plastic and tires, on the beach. Access to the beach has also been described as difficult. Despite these challenges, the Bay of San Cataldo remains a popular destination for vacationers.
