Playa de Garachico is a small beach located in the town of Garachico. The beach is characterized by its black pebbles and sand, offering a unique aesthetic appeal. The waters of the beach are known for their absolute clarity, and small crabs can often be spotted along the sides. However, visitors are advised to bring beach shoes due to the stony nature of the beach both in and out of the water. The waves at Playa de Garachico can get quite strong, and the sun is typically hidden past 5pm, making the water a bit too cold for swimming. Therefore, it is recommended to visit earlier in the day. Please note that the beach may occasionally be closed due to high waves.
