La Chianca Beach is a picturesque destination located on the Gargano Peninsula, near the historic village of Vieste, in the province of Foggia, Italy. It is situated approximately 8 kilometers north of Vieste and is named after a rock, "chianca", that lies in the center of the small bay. The beach is characterized by its fine sand, clear deep-blue ocean waters, and lush Mediterranean vegetation, making it a stunning natural attraction.
The beach is approximately 200 meters wide, with a shallow sandy bottom, making it suitable for children and those who enjoy exploring rocks. A significant feature of the beach is a small island, also known as "La Chianca", that can be accessed by walking over a sandbank when the tide is low. This island is home to a sea cave that is partially open on the upper side, which was once a refuge for monk seals.
La Chianca Beach is part of the Isola La Chianca Tourist Village, which provides several amenities for visitors. The village provides sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas, and hot and cold showers for a comfortable beach experience. For the younger visitors, there is a mini club and a variety of entertainment activities, including games and challenges.

To reach La Chianca Beach, visitors can take a 15-minute drive from the village of Vieste. The beach is open from June 1st to September 15th, eagerly awaiting the arrival of its visitors.
