Its location near the city center allows for a short walk or a drive, with free parking available both on the street and in a larger parking area. For those coming from the city center, the D81 road towards Cap Corse is the main route, with the best access point being at the Gentille estate.
Among its amenities, Plage de l'Ospédale is equipped with a special access mat for people with disabilities, a feature that sets it apart from many other beaches. It is also near various services including a bakery, an ice cream parlor, and a supermarket, all within a four-minute walk. For those interested in exploring the surrounding waters, boat trips and excursions can be arranged at a nearby kiosk. However, it should be noted that the beach does not have shower facilities.
