Salve: Nudism Laws
In Italy, public nudity is generally prohibited and may result in fines, however, exceptions exist in designated areas like private properties or official nudist beaches. Nudity is permissible in these areas provided it does not aim to offend or incite public outrage. Notably, while nudity is not allowed on public streets or parks, nudist beaches offer a space to enjoy this freedom.
