Oasi Beach

Oasi Beach, also known as Spiaggia oasi, is a picturesque coastal location situated in Tropea, within the Costa degli Dei region. This beach is well known for its fine, white sand and the clear, warm water, making it an attractive spot for beach-goers. The coastline is marked by stunning natural features, including sandstone rocks and caves that can be accessed by swimming or paddling, adding to the overall allure of the location.

The beach is conveniently located near the historic center of Tropea, making it easily reachable for tourists staying in the vicinity. It is situated on the Tropea waterfront, specifically on Via Marina del Convento, which is just half a kilometer away from the historic center.

Despite its popularity, Oasi Beach is less crowded compared to other nearby beaches, offering a more serene and private experience for its visitors. However, there have been instances of pollution reported at the beach, with visitors finding plastic and other waste materials in the water and on the beach.

Oasi Beach provides ample amenities for its visitors. Parking facilities are available at a distance of 100 meters from the beach, although the availability is limited and may require a fee. Private parking options are also available for a fee. Moreover, visitors who rent umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach have access to shower facilities and can benefit from the regular and thorough cleaning of the beach area.

The beach features a lido with a panoramic restaurant, where visitors can sample typical Tropean dishes. There is also a cafeteria with an American bar, a sandwich shop, and a restaurant offering a range of dining options. The highest point of the structure houses a relaxation area that provides a stunning view of the bay. This panoramic terrace is especially lively in the evenings, with music and scheduled events organized by the lido staff. A private lounge area with straw umbrellas and comfortable seating is also available for visitors to unwind during their aperitivo hour.
