Paralia Likodimou is a less known, out of the way beach that offers a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. The natural characteristics of the beach include a strong sun that hits directly in the face, and rocks that can get quite hot, adding to the heat. The beach does not have amenities such as umbrellas, seats, or a coffee truck, so visitors are advised to bring their own. The beach is accessible via a road that is narrow and winding for the last few kilometres. The drive down to the beach is not for the faint of heart, as it involves switchbacks and hairpin turns along steep cliffsides. This mostly one-lane road can be quite challenging, especially for those who are not experienced drivers on mountains and very steep and closed turns. The road can often bring drivers to the edge of the cliff, making the drive down to the beach quite treacherous.
