Beach Phenicia

Beach Phenicia, also known as Finiccia, is a picturesque beach situated in Marciana Marina on the island of Elba. Spanning approximately 95 meters in length and 24 meters in width, this tranquil beach is known for its unique landscape, consisting of large, almost spherical, white pebbles that have been smoothed by the waters of a nearby stream. This pebbly and stony landscape contributes to the water's clarity, giving it intense shades of blue-green, and making the beach a popular spot for swimming and snorkeling. The beach is not typically crowded, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience to its visitors. It has a north-northwest orientation but is relatively sheltered by the cliffs and Punta del Nasuto, making it less affected by northern winds. From the beach, visitors can enjoy a view of the island of Capraia, situated directly in front. Beach Phenicia is equipped with a range of amenities for the convenience of its visitors. This includes two large bathing establishments featuring a restaurant, beach bar, cabins, sunbeds, and umbrellas. One of these establishments also provides a pool for children and a wooden terrace with a sea view. The beach also has clean toilet facilities for visitors. The beach is easily accessible and includes provisions for disabled individuals, with the entrance located at the end of the road. Visitors can reach the beach on foot or by bicycle along the waterfront of Marciana Marina. For those arriving by car, there is paid hourly parking available along the waterfront. Additionally, free parking options are available just 200 meters from the sea behind the town.
