These jellyfish are fluorescent and transparent with pink or purple tones, and their stings can cause pain, burning, nausea, and muscle cramps.
Visitors can reach Playa de Cala Pi by private vehicle or local bus. The beach is easily accessible, with the road to the beach being straightforward. Free parking is available for those who choose to drive. The nearby village of Cala Pi is a tourist area with several hotels and restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring the southern coast of the island.
