Plage de Port Andro

Plage de Port Andro is a picturesque beach located in Locmaria, in the Morbihan department of Brittany, France. The beach is renowned for its fine yellow sand and clear water, offering an ideal setting for beachgoers. Facing east, it enjoys plenty of sunshine until late afternoon.

Its accessibility, being located along the coastal road, contributes to its popularity. To reach the beach, visitors can follow the coastal road from Le Palais.

In addition to the natural beauty and amenities, the beach also offers a view of an old fort that has been converted into a house. This fortification, originally built by Vauban to protect Belle-Île from English and Dutch invasions, adds a touch of historical intrigue to the beach.
