Playa de Radazul, located in the Radazul area of El Rosario, Tenerife, is a beach known for its stunning views and suitability for a variety of water-based activities. The beach, surrounded by a natural environment, has been renovated in recent years, providing a number of amenities for visitors.
The beach is characterized by two small black sand beaches that are protected by a breakwater, ensuring calm waters that are ideal for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. A unique feature of the beach is a free library located next to the playground, where visitors can pick up a book to read. Parking at Playa de Radazul is convenient, with public parking available along Avenida Colón, as well as private parking near the Marina. For those who enjoy walking, a coastal path connects Radazul with the neighboring area of Tabaiba.
To reach Playa de Radazul from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, one must take the TF-11 towards the southwest, passing the Auditorium and the Fairground. Continue on the TF-4, passing the refinery area, until reaching the TF-1 south highway. Take the Radazul exit and follow the road signs towards Radazul Bajo, descending on a road with steep curves. Pass the Radazul Marina until reaching Avenida Colón, where the parking area and the end of the road are located.
While there are no bars directly on the beach, refreshments may be available in the nearby harbour area. Lifeguards are also present on the beach to ensure safety. The beach offers a beautiful view of the Valle de Güimar and is an ideal destination for families with children.
