Santa Maria al Bagno

Santa Maria al Bagno beach is a renowned tourist attraction in Nardo, Italy, that boasts of its clear turquoise water and soft sand. It is a popular choice for families with children due to its shallow water and absence of large waves.

The public area of the beach spans about 150m and features a resort at its center and a small pier on the left. On the right, there are rocks that serve as diving launch sites, and the water is transparent, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling.

The best time to visit is from May to October, although the beach can get crowded during the summer months. Santa Maria al Bagno has several sandy areas with public access as well as sections with concessions that rent umbrellas and chairs.
