Soguk Su Koyu is a beautiful bay known for its natural beauty and unique swimming experience. The beach is located in a secluded area where the warm sea water meets the cold spring water, offering a unique swimming experience. The water is crystal clear and blue, making it an excellent spot for observing marine life. The beach is surrounded by mountains, providing fantastic views and a sense of tranquility.
The beach is accessible by car, although the navigation via Google Maps might be insufficient. Visitors are advised to drive to 'Villa Kayaköy' and then take a red, sandy road for about 20 minutes. Upon reaching a crossing, one should continue on the road for another 150 meters to a dead end where parking is available. From there, a hike leads to the beach. An alternative route involves walking through a dried-out river bed next to a local restaurant's gate.
The beach is also a popular starting point for a hike to Kayakoy, also known as the Ghost Town. The trail begins at the entrance of a local restaurant and is marked by red paint spots and arrows.
Despite its natural beauty, the beach often experiences noise pollution from tourist boats that arrive every 30 minutes, playing loud music and blocking the view. However, these boats reportedly stop coming after 4 pm.
The beach also features a restaurant where local youth are often seen helping with mooring lines. However, it should be noted that the beach can get crowded, particularly with local youth who enjoy jumping off the cliffs into the water.
