Spiaggia di Capo D’Arco is a charming beach located within a naturalistic park. The beach is characterized by a unique rock formation that runs along it, resembling a crocodile, hence the name 'Coccodrillo cliff'. The beach itself is small, composed of fine gravel mixed with sand. One of the highlights of this beach is the unique salt water pool created from the rocks of the coast, providing a distinct experience for visitors.
The beach is accessible on foot from Reale beach, with a walk of about 1.5 km. The road to the beach crosses private property, making vehicle access restricted. From the municipal road of Reale, a bumpy asphalt road branches off to the left, leading to the town. However, the area is privatized and blocked by a barrier, allowing only pedestrian access.
The beach tends to be crowded, mainly by residents, and is particularly suitable for children and underwater activities. Despite its popularity, it does not offer any services directly on the beach. However, there are tourist facilities nearby, including umbrella and deck chair rental. The beach is exposed to the open sea, offering a beautiful stretch of coast marred only by some concrete structures. Despite these, the low surrounding cliffs are appreciated for bathing.
