Doctor's Beach

Doctor's Beach is a picturesque location situated near Porto Istana. It is known for its stunning sea colors and offers a breathtaking view of Tavolara Island. The beach is a bit secluded and requires a 30-40 minute walk from the Porto Istana parking area. Visitors are advised to wear appropriate shoes for the trek. The route to the beach is marked by the sign 'Al Mare' on the road from Putzutzu. On the way, visitors will pass the Three Sorelle beaches before reaching Doctor's Beach. Despite its remote location, the beach can get quite busy, especially in the morning when motorboats and yachts frequent the area. Parking near the beach is not permitted, and fines are issued for violations. Despite these challenges, many visitors find the beauty of Doctor's Beach worth the effort.
