Spiaggia Frutti d'Oro is a beach nestled in the municipality of Capoterra, Italy. The beach is within the subdivisions that share its name. It can be accessed via public transportation, with bus lines servicing the area and a bus stop, Fermata Di Frutti D'Oro (Capoterra), located nearby.

The beach's natural environment has been influenced by environmental changes, including potential hurricanes and the construction of two port canals in Cagliari. These changes have affected the sea currents and led to an increase in algae growth, making the sea primarily unclear. The beach is divided into two sections, both of which feature spots of fine, clean sand, as well as areas with dirty rocks and seaweed. Over time, the original beach has experienced significant erosion, leaving behind only small patches of sand.

Adding to the beach's landscape is the Rio San Girolamo river, which flows into the portion of the beach facing the Torre degli Ulivi. Industrial elements, such as the Saras refinery and docks, also mark the beach's panorama. Despite these industrial structures, the beach maintains a quiet atmosphere.

Spiaggia Frutti d'Oro offers ample free parking, making it an ideal spot for visitors to park their vehicles and even spend the night. A promenade is located near large breakwaters, although it is currently not in the best condition. With some refurbishment, this walkway has the potential to be a charming feature of the beach.
