Spiaggia Lerai

Spiaggia Lerai is a small, rocky beach located near a small port and shipyard. Despite its proximity to the shipyard, the water is generally clear, though some visitors have noted a slight smell. The beach is somewhat hidden, making it a quiet and peaceful location. It is easily accessible, with a path leading through a nearby campground. However, visitors should be aware that the beach is not well-maintained and lacks amenities such as food and drink options. The beach is not exposed to the north wind, making it a comfortable spot for relaxation. Visitors are advised to bring water shoes or flip flops for comfort when walking into the water. The beach is also home to local wildlife, including swans. Due to its location, the sun goes behind the mountain early in the day, so it is recommended to visit in the morning for the best sunlight. There is a rusty hut at the southern end of the beach that provides the only shade in the afternoon.
