Spiaggia Libera Feniglia

Spiaggia Libera Feniglia is a beautiful, long, sandy beach located within a protected reserve. The beach is known for its pristine conditions and golden sands, which run along the Mediterranean scrub, home to many cicadas. The beach is mostly free, with some stretches equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and bars. There is also a section reserved for dogs. The water is shallow, making it ideal for swimming, even several tens of meters from the shore. The beach can be less crowded in certain areas, particularly away from the terraced umbrellas.

Access to the beach is facilitated by a paid car park, and it can also be reached by shuttle or bike. For those wishing to fully enjoy the place, it is recommended to use access no. 4, which leads to a cleaner and less crowded part of the beach. From this point, the beach extends for at least 20-30 meters between each umbrella. The last paid car park before arriving at the nature reserve offers bicycle rentals for those who wish to reach the gates. Without a bike, it is a 20-25 minute walk to the 4th gate, but the path is shaded by the pines of the reserve.

Despite its natural beauty, visitors should be aware that the beach can sometimes be littered with plastic. However, efforts are made to keep the beach clean, particularly in the areas away from the main beaches. The beach's location within a protected reserve not only ensures its natural beauty but also contributes to its preservation.
