The beach is not crowded, particularly during the mid-July period. The beach offers several amenities for visitors. These include toilets, changing rooms, and showers, although the usability of the showers may be affected by the presence of honey bees. The beach also provides umbrellas and chairs for visitors, which are included in the boat fare. Additionally, free kayaking is available for 30 minutes. There is a small restaurant on the beach that offers a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, ice cream, and snacks. However, visitors are advised to bring their own shampoo and shower gel as these are not provided. The beach is accessible by ferry from Piazzale Democrate. Tickets for the ferry can be purchased online from the Amat site or from a bar across the street from Piazzale Democrate. The ferry ride to the beach takes approximately 35 minutes and also stops at Rampa Leonardo da Vinci. The price of the ferry ticket includes the trip to the island, an umbrella, and a sun chair. Visitors are required to present an ID card as a guarantee for the sun chair.
