Spiaggia Lûcaise

Spiaggia Lûcaise is a picturesque beach located on the island of Carloforte, Sardinia. It is known for its natural beauty and serene environment. The beach is characterized by its fine sand and shallow seabed that extends for many meters. The beach is not very large, and part of the land behind it is held back by a net. Despite this, it offers a unique and evocative scenery. On the left side of the beach, when looking at the sea, there are brown mottled cliffs with a cave that can be reached on foot in the water. On the right side, there are flat cliffs that somewhat resemble the Scala dei Turchi in Sicily. Beyond these cliffs, there is a very wide reddish rocky platform. This side of the beach begins with a tongue of very white and shimmering rocks when washed by the sea. The entire area is a fossil geyser.

The beach is not equipped with amenities, making it a perfect spot for those seeking a naturalistic and essential beach experience. Visitors are advised to bring their own food and drinks. Despite its lack of facilities, the beach is not very crowded, making it enjoyable even when there are many people. Visitors can also stay on the rocks for a different experience.

To reach Spiaggia Lûcaise, visitors need to walk for about 10 minutes from the bobba bus stop. The walk includes a staircase overlooking the sea, which can be potentially dangerous, so visitors are advised to wear comfortable shoes or go barefoot. The beach also features two inlets from which it is possible to dive, and further on, there is a small sandy cove and the beach of the genius. On the left side, there are two small caves on the water's surface, one of which has a small internal beach.

The beach also has a parking lot, and the view from the short path that leads from the parking lot to the beach is breathtaking, especially during the central hours when the beach resembles a Caribbean setting. However, the descent to the beach is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
