Marina di Praia

Marina di Praia is a picturesque beach located at the foot of the cliffs in Praiano. It is nestled in a valley between the cliffs on the coast, providing a unique and stunningly beautiful setting. The beach is characterized by large pebbles, so visitors are advised to bring appropriate footwear such as flip-flops. The beach is also known for its ample sunshine during the summer, with the sun's trajectory being in front of the beach between 1 and 4 pm. However, this can be influenced by the time of the summer visitors are there. The beach offers a range of amenities including sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. However, it's important to note that the beach can get very crowded, especially during the main season and into late September. Visitors are advised to get there early to secure a spot. There is also a free beach area and a lido for visitors to enjoy. Marina di Praia is easily accessible with a parking area located directly behind the beach and additional parking spaces along the side of the road. There is also a bus stop on the main road for those opting for public transportation. Despite its popularity and the occasional close calls with boats coming in and out, the beach maintains a great vibe as a classic Amalfi cove beach.
