Plage Naturiste de Pen Bron is a naturist beach situated in the town of La Turballe, within the Loire-Atlantique region of France. Known for being the largest of its kind in the area, the beach is set on a strip of land sandwiched between the ocean and marshes, with a forest of pine trees lining a long sandy stretch.
The beach is especially popular with naturists and can become busy, particularly during the summer season. Despite the potential for high visitor numbers, there is an ample amount of parking available. The beach is also family-friendly and welcomes all visitors, including those who do not practice naturism. Non-naturist visitors can walk along the beach to reach the nearby Pointe de Pen Bron.
The naturist section of the beach is clearly marked with signs throughout the summer season. Access to this area is located between a pyramid-shaped landmark on top of the dune and a concrete water access point bordered by rocks.
Plage Naturiste de Pen Bron is also recognized for its cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere. It is praised for its natural environment, sand quality, swimming conditions, acceptance of nudity, and the privacy it offers. Notably, there are no naturist vacation centers in the immediate vicinity.
