Beach of Remigeasse

The Beach of Remigeasse is a delightful destination situated in Dolus-d'Oléron, within the Charente Maritime region of France. This beach is a part of the southwest coast of Île d'Oléron and is the only supervised beach in Dolus. It is equipped with picnic areas and toilets. For those who drive or cycle to the beach, parking and bicycle parking facilities are available. The beach is also located near a shuttle stop and a cycling path, offering easy accessibility. During the summer, the beach is supervised by lifeguards and is open every day from January 1st to December 31st. However, it is important to note that dogs and other animals are not allowed on the beach from June 15th to September 15th between 9:00 am and 8:30 pm. To reach the Beach of Remigeasse from the center of Dolus, one needs to take a left turn after the pharmacy and follow the signs for Perroche and Rémigeasse. The beach car park is located on the roadside, approximately 200 meters away from the beach.
