Padulella Beach, located in Portoferraio, Italy, is a picturesque destination known for its clear turquoise waters and high white cliffs. This beach is part of the Marine Reserve of Scoglietto, a protected area since 1971, which is home to a diverse marine fauna, making it a popular spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. It is situated on the northern coast of Elba Island, east of Punta di Capo Bianco. The beach is approximately 150 meters long and is characterized by its smooth white pebbles and washed-up seaweed.

Padulella Beach is equipped with various amenities for the convenience of its visitors. There is a beach establishment known as La Padulella which provides services such as the rental of sun loungers, umbrellas, canoes, and pedal boats. In addition to this, the establishment also features a bar, WiFi, changing rooms, and toilets.
Reaching Padulella Beach is fairly straightforward. From Ghiaie beach, one can continue for about 500 meters to arrive at the beach. There are two access points to the beach. The first access point is on the right after a barrier that restricts car access, and the second one is from the parking area of Capo Bianco, which is 500 meters further. Both access points have narrow but convenient walking paths, with the first one offering panoramic views.
Parking facilities are available at Capo Bianco beach for a fee. However, finding parking along the road can be challenging, so it is advisable to use the large paid parking lot at Capo Bianco. Despite the uphill walk from Ghiaie and the stairs leading down to the beach, Padulella Beach remains a favourite among families with children and those seeking a relaxing vacation.
