Punta Arena

Punta Arena is located on Isla de Tierra Bomba, an island just off the coast of Cartagena, Colombia. You have to take a 10-minute boat ride from Cartagena to the island, but there are local agencies providing round-trip rides and excursions for you.

Some boats and the beach are dog friendly too. You will find fine sand and crystalline water. The beach looks directly at the Cartagena city skyline, providing an unusual, yet striking view, as you chill on the beach.

There are nearby bars that play a perfectly chill playlist of songs that you can enjoy in the distance as you dip your toes in the water.
