Spiaggia De La Forbice

Spiaggia De La Forbice is a secluded beach known for its excellent views and crystal clear water. The beach is not very crowded and offers a large area beneath pine trees for shade. It is a pebble beach, making it very idyllic and perfect for snorkeling with plenty of pretty little fish in the water. The beach can be reached by a fairly steep and uneven path, which takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is advisable to wear sturdy shoes for the journey. The path starts from the road that goes from Lipari to the observatory. At a certain point on the road, there is a curve from which the beach can be seen. Before the curve, there is a small downhill road closed by posts that leads to some houses. At the end of the descent, go right and continue down. Once the houses are finished, a rough path begins that leads to the beach. For those using a scooter, it can be left at the coordinates 38.453030,14.959340. From here, a path that initially passes through some houses and then enters a wood leads to the beach. The descent is quite steep but in about 15 minutes, the beach is reached.
